Curb Food Addiction
The most clear way to curb food cravings is to stop eating too much. I have heard this line a different times before and used to say it a lot at high school, at home at work and while with my friends. I would like to spend some time and write about raw food craving sweet cravings and thirsty desires.
Let start by saying that eating a lot does not consequentially result to cravings for food or gaining some weight but it is the choice of food you eat.
